Design Notes
We created this device for expression of ftnA in E.coli for a long time. T5 promoter is weaker than T7 promoter, so that it can exclude stress responses and adapt to long-time expression. The 6x His tag is design for Ni-chelating affinity chromatography. This device was adapted from the cassette for express ftnA on PQE_80L and similar to it.
